Our enterprise has been founded by eight staff in 1988. Through over ten years' hard struggle, it has been renamed as "Ningbo Yinzhou Danfeng Machinery Factory". At present, it covers an area of 0.67 hectares. It invests in more than 10 million RMB. It is a specialized plant that devotes itself to R & D, design, production, service of pneumatic and hydraulic driven series riveting machine products. The products are popular in above 20 provinces and cities all over the country.
The highest managing level of this factory subordinates Office, Production & Technology Section, Supply& Marketing Section, Quality Inspection Section, various Production Workshops, Conveying Service Institutes. At present, it has 85 workers and staff members among which there are 10 senior technicians, 6 quality inspectors. It possesses the most novel production devices, top fine technology in the world. The major conveying production installations are metal-working facilities etc. with the consummate machining craft and skill. In order to strengthen the product surface quality, the factory has thrown in special funds to newly build up Surface Treatment Workshop, Assembly Workshop. It also adds surface treatment facilities, the testing and experimental instruments.
This factory can provide vast users with before-sale technical consultation, after-sale technical instructions etc. It implements "Three Quality Guarantees". In order to ensure the user' s requirements in use and installation, the works sets up hotline telephone and arranges two after-sale service vehicles. It can produce the special-purpose riveting punch tooling for vast clients. It can manufacture other professional riveting machinery according to the users' demands too.
